There is street in Edmonton known as Candy Cane Lane. Every Christmas season the homes along 148 Street between 100 Avenue to 92 Avenue glows with lights and displays that are viewed by many Edmontonians as part of holiday traditions. This year marks the 51th anniversary of this tradition. YEG Candy Cane Lane officially opens December 12th and runs from sunset to midnight until January 1st.
