Stefan and Ginger were absolutely incredible throughout our entire mortgage journey. We brought them a very complicated file, and to make things even more challenging, I’m a naturally anxious person who isn’t known for having much patience! Despite that, they were nothing but kind, patient, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. They worked incredibly hard on our file, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and were always available to answer my questions. Their communication was exceptional, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us succeed. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, we received approval for our forever home. That’s something my family and I will be forever grateful for.
