Cozy Up With Café’s - Stefan in The City
SOME OF OUR FAVOURITE PLACES TO WARM UP THIS FALL
1. Little Brick, 10004 90 ST NW
The name of this amazing little Edmonton gem says it all — this great café in the Riverdale neighborhood has an array of tasty treats, delicious beverages — but this is one of our fav places to lunch.
2. Credo (Enbridge Center),10162 - 100A Street
This newly opened location of the growing success of Credo Coffee is such an amazing addition to Enbridge Center. Walking distance from almost any place in downtown its already keeping those busy business people buzzing. The exposed beams and bright lighting has some great architectural features.
3. Coffee Bureau, 10505 Jasper Ave
This literal hole-in-the-wall coffee bar sits right off Jasper Ave and if you weren't looking for it you would likely walk right on by. Their espresso is super silky and smooth I don’t even need sugar. The husband and wife team that owns Coffee Bureau are always welcoming and make your espresso beverages just right.
4. Remedy, 10310 – 124 Street
This Edmonton staple has been around for over 13 years, and one of their newest locations on 124st has added some much needed spice to the street. From Syphon coffee, espresso beverages you can eat, drink and be merry at Remedy 124st. Coffee not your thing? No problem—try their authentic Chai—amazzzzzing!
5. DaCapo, 8135 - 102 St NW
Want authentic Italian? this bright espresso bar has some of the best cappuccino’s in the city. Attached to Under the High Wheel right of Whyte Ave you are walking distance to the amazing festivals, and the River Valley. We love this place for meetings as the underground parking is a great value too!
6. Crum Coffee Bar, 4640 Calgary Trail NW
We are always travelling around the city so its great to finally see some decent coffee on a main drag! This glowing (yes literally) coffee bar right off Calgary trail is awesome — stop in for a quick in-and-out latte or stay for delicious cappuccino.
7. iconoclast Coffee, 11523 100 Ave NW
You want fresh—they got fresh. Hidden in the historic LeMarchand Mansion Iconoclast coffee is making a splash in the caffeination scene. Direct sourced beans, and locally roasted this place is a must go.
8. Cafe Leva, 10335 100 Ave NW
This University area staple has been around for ages, in fact, I worked here MANY moons ago. Our favorite Garneau area patio for the perfect espresso — or one of our favorite treats Affogato (espresso poured over sinful gelato). This place is keeping the students (and the rest of us) well caffeinated.
