Whyte Avenue Art Walk

This year the Art Walk moved inside to the former Army & Navy building in Old Strathcona and runs every Friday to Sunday from June 11-August 1. Discover and support local artists. Tickets are $5.00 for the day with free entry for children 12 years and under. There is free entry with a Food Bank donation on Fridays between 3-4pm. Tickets can be purchased online and there will be line for walk ups as well.

Edmonton Heritage Festival

The festival that brings the cultures of the world together is back in Hawrelak Park from July 31-August 2. Enjoy delicious food, creative performance and celebrate our country’s multiculturalism. There will be guidelines in place to maintain physical distancing and limiting the number of people allowed in order to maintain health and safety recommendation. Taste of Edmonton

Edmonton’s Food Festival is taking over Sir Winston Churchill Square from July 22-August 1. There will be 53 restaurants and food trucks with more than 100 different taste options. Folk Fest 2021

Edmonton is known for its festivals and one of most popular is the Edmonton Folk Music Festival. In previous years this festival takes over the hill in Gallagher Park. This year will look different. The Folk Fest will be bringing more than 40 concerts to the streets of Edmonton. There will be street concerts each weekend from July 16th to August 8th. The schedule and locations will not be published due to the safety and comfort of the residents in the areas where the concerts are. All the concerts will be held on blocks and cul-de-sacs.

Edmonton Fringe Festival

The theme for this year’s festival is Together We Fringe and is held from August 12-22 and will be a hybrid event featuring live and digital performances. For the most up to date information visit fringetheatre.ca

Rock Fest

Edmonton Rock Fest will be held at the Edmonton Exhibition Land Racetrack Infield. There will be limited capacity with reserved tables and social distancing.
