What do i need:
Valid Work Permit or Permanent Residency
Employment Income (min 3 months full time)
- Employer job letter & recent paystub needed
Down payment confirmation
- Must be from your own resources in Canada
- 90 day account/investment/TFSA/RRSP history needed
Credit Requirements
International credit report demonstrating a strong credit profile OR Two (2) alternative sources of credit demonstrating timely payments (no missed payments) for the past 12 months.
The two alternative sources required are:
- Rental payment history confirmed via letter from landlord and bank statements
- Other alternative sources (hydro / utilities, telephone, TV, cable, cell phone and auto insurance) to be confirmed via letter from the service provider or 12 months billing statements.
(Alternative sources of credit must be obtained from a Canadian source)

What do i need:

Employment Income (min 3 months full time)
- Employer job letter & recent paystub needed
Down payment confirmation
- 5% must be from your own resources in Canada
- Additional 5%, if required can be Gifted from immediate family member, in Canada or the First Time Home Buyers Incentive
- 90 day account/investment/TFSA/RRSP history needed
Credit Requirements
- Letter of reference from a recognized foreign financial institution
OR
- Six (6) months bank statements from primary Canadian account
