1. Create a Playlist

   Everything – including Spring cleaning – is more fun with a great playlist! Not only is music great therapy but it can make the cleaning process go by quicker and make it more enjoyable.

The Quickfire team are looking to provide the camp with new riding helmets for the horsemanship program, pool toys for the kids to enjoy which cooling off in the pool, and new bike helmets for the new bike camp where kids will learn how to ride trails on their very own mountain bike. Every camper in the bike program will receive their own bike and helmet delivered to their house after camp. Many of these kids may not have the opportunity to own a bike on their own.

Spring is a great time for cleaning out your home and your finances. A part of this for many people includes refinancing your mortgage. There are a variety of reasons to refinance, which can range from wanting to leverage large increases in property value or get equity out of the home for renovations. In some cases it could be due to life events such as divorce, a new relationship, kids going off to college or simply consolidating debt.

Skating is a fun Canadian past time. Learning to skating is part of growing up in Edmonton. The City of Edmonton provides free Learn-To-Skate programs on many community rinks. They are a fun time of learning basic skills and playing games on the rink. The program is targeted for children and families but everyone is welcome. Bring your skates and a CSA approved helmet to join in.

Collecting the right documentation to prove you are a worthy candidate to borrow a lot of money to buy a property can be an arduous task. The most recent government rule changes and tightening of mortgage qualification isn't making things easier. If you seem to think that there is no end to the documents lenders want to see before funding a mortgage, you're right, they ask for a lot.
